Hello welcome to my page, my name is Jigar Shah. I want to share a short story of the path back to Self and back to soul purpose. When I first set out to earn my degree in Public Health and Holistic Health, my heart was in the right place because I wanted to help people heal, evolve, and live better. That mission felt sacred to me.

The positive results and feedback from people I impacted brought pure joy to my heart. This fueled my passion to keep going every day, because making a positive impact on others was where I belonged. This brought so much significance to my life, and as I accelerated deeper into the professional world...I began to see how easily that original purpose got lost with politics, toxic work environments, and corporate greed. I witnessed companies without true alignment, leadership without true integrity, and cultures lacking true purpose which resulted in burnout, high turnover rates, and low morales.

Something inside me started to ache. I was having an internal battle: silence myself or rise above? I realized I wasn’t living in alignment with what I believed. I started journaling, and wrote about how health, healing, wellness, integrating, activating and nervous system regulation are about connection, compassion, and conscious energy.

Being completely open-minded with a high willingness to adapt, I was introduced to deep forms of meditation and breathwork. At this point, I needed to block out my current environment and dive deeper within. I discovered, all I wanted was to...live a life by design, focus on preventative health, longevity, service leadership, collaborate with heart-centered like-minded people and be a ripple effect in raising global consciousness!

That’s when everything shifted.

One day, in 2015 I was invited to a networking event in person and learned about the true optimized lifestyle blueprint, which shared how to monetize passions online, way before making a living online was in demand like it is today.

I attracted this into my life; something in me clicked.

It opened my eyes to a new way:
